
From hair stylist to scalable salon

Stanley and Co's founder had creativity and recognition—but the digital presence hadn’t caught up. He is known for transformative hair solutions and personalised client care, but his online platform didn’t reflect the premium standard of his work.
They lacked a modern website, had no integrated booking system, and couldn’t sell products online. Their growth was limited by how they were presented digitally.
The Challenge
What appeared to be a simple website update turned out to be a deeper issue of positioning and scalability. His online presence couldn’t showcase his artistry dynamically, didn’t reflect the premium standard of his had visioned for his salon, and created friction in how clients booked in appointments.
It was clear that as a salon owner he needed more than a digital brochure but a platform that would not only engage clients but also attract staff.
What I Did
I built a bespoke custom, all device-responsive website—designed with one strong call to action to drive leads into their fully integrated e-commerce and CMS platform. The website showcases the founder's creativity as a fashion forward hair salon with:

- High-quality imagery and videos showcasing the salon's creative process and final results.
- Engaging content that fosters community interaction and celebrates hairstylists individuality.

The Outcome
With a professional digital presence in place, Stanley and Co began scaling rapidly. They expanded from a single salon to two full-time employees and a business partner, and are planning to open two additional salons.
Clients can now book their favourite stylist up to 12 months in advance, purchase premium hair products online, and access fashion-forward hair advice. Client loyalty and referrals have increased as they share their personal stories and experiences.
